Connect API

Manage contacts and conversations, discover channels and templates, and send messages from your backend.

Zorvia Messenger

Install Zorvia Messenger, initialize the widget, and securely identify signed-in visitors.

Choose an API

Use the Connect API for trusted server-to-server integrations. Requests use a channel access token.

Use Zorvia Messenger to add live customer support to a website or application. The SDK owns its private transport and session lifecycle; integrate through its supported public methods rather than calling its underlying endpoints directly.

API hostnames and credentials are supplied by your Zorvia workspace administrator.
