Zorvia Messenger overview

View as Markdown

Zorvia Messenger is the supported public integration for adding live customer support to your product. It renders the widget in an isolated shadow DOM and manages configuration, sessions, conversations, uploads, and real-time updates for you.

1

Create a Zorvia Messenger channel

Create and configure the channel in your Zorvia workspace.
2

Copy the installation values

From the channel’s Installation screen, copy the widget URL, workspace URL, and public messenger key.
3

Install and initialize

Load the web SDK and call window.zorvia.init().
4

Identify signed-in visitors

Optionally generate a server-side identity signature and call window.zorvia.identify().

The public messenger key is safe to include in browser code. The identity signing secret is not—keep it on your server.

Do not call the widget’s underlying HTTP endpoints directly. They are private implementation details and may change independently of the SDK interface.
